1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I, the undersigned, wish to participate in the fishing trip/activity organized by Pure Passion Fishing Adventure Pte Ltd ("PPFA") (Travel Agent License Number: TA 03792). I am fully aware and acknowledge that this activity involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including, but not limited to: changing weather and sea conditions, marine life, equipment use, physical exertion, as well as personal conditions such as seasickness. I confirm that I am sufficiently fit and healthy to participate and have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect my participation. I acknowledge and agree that this waiver covers the entire duration of the trip itinerary provided by Pure Passion Fishing Adventure, including but not limited to: all fishing activities, transit between locations (whether by boat, plane, or vehicle), and all overnight stays and meals, regardless of the specific town, village, or geographical feature within the stated region.

2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge PPFA, its directors, employees, guides, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness (including those related to seasickness or any other personal condition), injury, including permanent disability or death, that may be sustained by me during my participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of PPFA or otherwise.

3. Indemnity Agreement
I further agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend PPFA, its management, staff, and agents from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs (including legal fees), and expenses arising from or in any way connected with my participation in this fishing trip/activity, including any actions or omissions by me.

4. Agreement to Rules & Policies
I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and safety instructions provided by PPFA and its staff before and during the activity. I accept full responsibility for my own actions and safety. I further confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy available on the PPFA website.
